These Terms of Service for Ticket Sales (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Service") are an electronic agreement that regulates the relationship between the Authorized Seller and the Customer regarding the purchase of tickets for concerts and events through the e-commerce system at https://tix.shoppy.mn
1.2
The following terms used in these Terms of Service are defined as follows:
"E-commerce System" refers to the website https://tix.shoppy.mn (hereinafter referred to as “Shoppy”) which provides services for offering event tickets to Customers and facilitating online purchases.
"Customer" refers to an individual or legal entity with full legal capacity who accepts the Terms of Service and uses Shoppy.
"Authorized Seller" refers to an individual or legal entity officially authorized to sell tickets for events and concerts.
"Electronic Signature" refers to access passwords, one-time passwords, and other digital credentials used to verify and authenticate the Customer.
"Ticket" refers to tickets for any events and concerts offered to Customers through Shoppy by the Authorized Seller.
1.3
Customers are required to fully read and familiarize themselves with these Terms of Service before accessing and registering on Shoppy. By activating the "I Accept" button, the Customer is deemed to have accepted these Terms of Services and can proceed with purchasing tickets through Shoppy.
1.4
Customers have the right to refuse to accept the Terms of Service. However, refusal to accept will result in the Customer being unable to fully utilize the services of Shoppy.
1.5
Shoppy provides Customers with information about tickets and facilitates the online purchase through its e-commerce system.
1.6
Some concerts or events may have age restrictions, therefore Customers must carefully review the information regarding the event and concert before purchasing tickets.
2.1
To register, the Customer must select the "Register" option in the login section of Shoppy and provide their email address. Shoppy will send a one-time password as an electronic signature to that email. After logging in with this electronic signature, the Customer must create a new password and electronic signature for future logins and is responsible for ensuring the security of their personal information.
2.2
It is assumed that ticket purchases are made legally by the Customer. The Customer is obliged not to share their login email and electronic signature with others and must prevent any risks related to such disclosures. Any damages resulting from failure or insufficient fulfillment of this obligation are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
2.3
The Customer is fully responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of their provided information.
2.4
Shoppy LLC is responsible for the normal operation of the system, the security of its data, and confidentiality.
3.1
Tickets are sold exclusively through Shoppy and official distributing sales points.
3.2
Ticket prices and seat categories are determined by the event organizer and the Authorized Seller.
3.3
The start date and time of ticket sales are set by the event organizer and the Authorized Seller.
3.4
The number of tickets a single Customer can purchase may be limited.
3.5
After placing tickets in the shopping cart, the Customer must complete payment within 1 hours for the order to be confirmed.
3.6
If payment is not made within the specified time, the order will be automatically canceled. Canceled orders cannot be reinstated, but the Customer can place a new order if desired.
3.7
Shoppy LLC is not liable if the Customer fails to complete payment within the specified time and the order is canceled.
3.8
After confirming the order and payment, the e-ticket will be sent to the Customer's registered email and made available in the "My Orders" section of Shoppy.
3.9
Purchased tickets will contain a unique QR code, and the Customer is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the ticket after receiving it.
3.10
Every order placed by the Customer will have a unique order number, which can be viewed in the "My Account" section of Shoppy for more detailed information.
4.1
Shoppy allows Customers to complete payment within 1 hours after adding tickets to the cart. During this time, Customers can cancel or modify their orders.
4.2
To confirm an order, Customers must select a payment method from the options available on Shoppy and transfer the payment to the recipient's account within 1 hours.
4.3
Customers are required to strictly follow the instructions and conditions provided by Shoppy for payment processing.
4.4
Shoppy will automatically confirm the order only after receiving 100% of the total payment.
4.5
Customers must carefully review event and concert information and order details. Once payment is made, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
5.1
Purchased tickets cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:
5.1.1
If the event and concert is being held as scheduled without any changes in date, time, or location.
5.1.2
If the Customer is unable to attend the event and concert due to personal reasons (e.g., change of plans, health issues, loss of interest, etc.) or voluntarily decides not to use the ticket.
5.2
If the date, time, or location of the event and concert is changed, or if the event and concert is completely canceled, ticket exchange or refund will be handled based on the joint decision of the event and concert organizer and the Authorized Seller under the following conditions:
The decision to refund or exchange the ticket for a different date or location will be made jointly by the event organizer and the Authorized Seller.
Refunds will be processed within 45–90 calendar days, depending on the policies of the bank and payment service provider used by the Customer.
Refunds will only be made to the same bank account used for the original purchase.
When requesting a refund, the Customer must submit all required documents and information (e.g., payment receipts, bank account details) accurately and completely.
Failure to provide the necessary documents may result in delays or the impossibility of processing the refund.
6.1
Customers must use purchased tickets for personal use only.
6.2
It is strictly prohibited to share ticket-related information such as price, QR code, and other details with third parties or to use it for illegal purposes.
6.3
Any attempts to resell, trade, alter, or forge tickets in any form are strictly prohibited.
6.4
Coordinating with others to purchase tickets in quantities exceeding the limits set in the Terms of Service, creating artificial shortages, inflating prices, or engaging in commercial trading activities is strictly prohibited.
6.5
Customers must use accurate and truthful information when purchasing tickets and are solely responsible for any risks or damages resulting from false information.
7.1
Shoppy only provides ticket sales intermediary services and is not responsible for the content, organization, or safety of the events and concerts.
7.2
All matters related to event and concert content, participants, accuracy of posted information, ticket prices, event and concert cancellations, and changes are the responsibility of the event and concert organizer and the Authorized Seller.
7.3
Shoppy is obliged to protect Customer’s personal information in accordance with the relevant laws of Mongolia. Customer data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except for service provision and legally justified.
7.4
Shoppy is not responsible for any misuse of tickets, data leaks, payment errors, or third-party access caused by the Customer’s own negligence.
7.5
The Customer agrees and acknowledges that Shoppy serves solely as an intermediary e-commerce platform and cannot directly oversee or guarantee the quality and satisfaction of the events and concerts.
8.1
Copying, reproducing, imitating, or using the website's logo, name, structure, design, or content for profit is strictly prohibited.
8.2
Information about events and concerts, ticket designs, structures, contents, trademarks, and other copyright-protected materials posted on Shoppy are considered legally published under the rights of the event and concert organizers or Authorized Sellers. Any intellectual property disputes related to event information and tickets are the full responsibility of the respective organizers or sellers. Shoppy holds no liability in such cases.
8.3
Any infringement of the intellectual property rights of Shoppy LLC will result in legal liability under the Intellectual Property Laws, Law on Infringement, and Criminal Law of Mongolia.
9.1
Customers have the right to freely express feedback and complaints through the online support at https://tix.shoppy.mn, by messaging https://www.facebook.com/shoppy.mn, or via email at order@shoppy.mn.
9.2
Customers are required to first address complaints directly to Shoppy through the aforementioned channels and to refrain from spreading false, misleading, or incomplete information in public forums that could damage the company's reputation.
9.3
Shoppy will respond to customer complaints through the contact details provided (phone or email). If the Customer is not satisfied with the response or measures taken by Shoppy, they have the right to resolve the dispute through the courts of Mongolia.
10.1
If Shoppy's normal operations are disrupted due to force majeure events and unforeseen circumstances, or if events and concerts are postponed or canceled, Shoppy will notify Customers via the registered email based on information provided by the event and concert organizer or Authorized Seller.
10.2
Force majeure and unforeseen circumstances refer to beyond the control of Shoppy, event and concert organizers, or Authorized Sellers, which cannot be prevented even with scientific or technical advancements. These include but are not limited to:
Declared or undeclared war, armed conflicts, uprisings, invasions, sabotage, revolutions;
Natural disasters (fires, earthquakes, storms, lightning strikes, floods, etc.);
Legal or illegal acts or omissions by government officials, legal acts, orders, decrees;
Explosions, equipment failures, serious electrical faults, restrictions, quarantines, strikes, and work stoppages affecting the businesses of involved parties;
Software failures, hardware damages, hacker attacks, and similar incidents.
10.3
In cases proven to be force majeure and unforeseen circumstances, Shoppy, the event and concert organizer, and the Authorized Seller are exempt from liability for non-performance of obligations towards the Customer and third parties.
11.1
Shoppy LLC reserves the right to amend the Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be publicly announced on the website, and Customers are responsible for reading and familiarizing themselves with these changes.
