“SUPER CONCERT 2026” TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General Terms

After purchasing a ticket for SUPER CONCERT 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”), refunds are not available.
 Refunds will only be issued if the Event is cancelled by the organizer.

2. Ticket Refunds and Cancellation

 • Refunds are not available under any personal circumstances.
 • Refunds will only be issued if the Event is cancelled by the organizer.
 • In cases of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, war, or government decisions affecting public gatherings), refunds will not be issued. The Event may instead be postponed or rescheduled.

3. Ticket Validity

 • Only tickets purchased through official sales channels are valid.
 • The organizer is not responsible for tickets purchased through unofficial sources.
 • The purchaser is responsible for any loss or exposure of QR codes or ticket information.

4. Entry Regulations

 • Guests must present their QR code to receive an entry wristband.
 • 1 ticket = 1 wristband
 • Wristbands are non-transferable
 • Lost or damaged wristbands will not be reissued
 • Wristbands must be worn at all times during the Event
 • All attendees must undergo bag and personal item inspection at entry points.

5. Age Policy
 
 • No age restriction applies.
 • Attendees under 16 years old must enter with a guardian and possess a valid ticket.
 • Identification may be checked before wristband issuance.
 • Children aged 6 and under (born on or after June 1, 2020) may enter free of charge when accompanied by a guardian.
 (Only the guardian is required to hold a concert ticket.)

6. Prohibited Items
 
 • Outside food and beverages
 • Alcoholic drinks
 • Pets
 • Dangerous or prohibited items (including sharp objects, explosives, firearms, or any items capable of causing harm)
 • All attendees are required to undergo bag inspections at entry.

7. Safety and Removal Policy

Participants may be immediately removed from the Event without compensation if they:
 • Intentionally assault or threaten others
 • Cause disorderly conduct
 • Are excessively intoxicated
 • Violate public order or event regulations

8. Media & Recording Policy

 • Professional or semi-professional photo/video equipment is not permitted.

 • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
 • Blind Tickets apply only to GA tickets, and purchase signifies acceptance of all terms and conditions above.
