Playtime Festival 2026: 2 DAY TICKET (July 3-4, 2026)
This ticket grants entry to Playtime Festival 2026 for two days, on July 3rd (Friday) and July 4th (Saturday).
Please note: Festival entry is valid from 09:00 AM on July 3 (Friday), 2026.

Ticket Conditions:
1. Once a Playtime Festival ticket (hereafter referred to as “the Festival”) is purchased, a refund or ticket transfer to the following year will only be available if the Festival is canceled due to reasons caused by the organizers. In such a case, compensation will be provided within 60 days in a manner determined by the organizers. No refunds will be granted in circumstances outside of these specified conditions.
2. If the Festival is canceled due to force majeure, no refunds will be issued, and the ticket will be transferred to the following year. "Force majeure"defined under the Mongolian State law includes natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, war, rebellion, fire, explosions, emergencies, accidents, unforeseeable delays, disruption of public services or administrative operations, sabotage, government-imposed restrictions, or any other similar events beyond the organizers’ control that prevent full or partial execution of the Festival.
3. The organizers will not verify or be held responsible for the authenticity of tickets not purchased through official sales channels. The organizers are also not responsible if the ticket holder compromises the personal secrecy of their own e-ticket.
4. Ticket holders are required to activate their ticket and present a valid activated QR code to gain entry. A wristband will be issued upon verification of the ticket holder’s personal information. If the activated QR code contains incorrect or fraudulent information, a wristband will not be issued, and the ticket will not be refunded or compensated.
5. To enter the Festival grounds ticket holders are required to present their national ID, and have their activated ticket’s QR code scanned, and correctly wear the issued wristband. Only one wristband will be provided per activated ticket, and the wristbands must be worn throughout the Festival days. Wristbands may not be shared or transferred. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced. Wristbands will be checked upon every entry point to the Festival grounds.
6. There is no age restriction, but participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guardian. Children aged 15 and under (born on 2010.06.01 and later) may enter free of charge if accompanied by a guardian.
7. There are two ticket types available for 2026, and each ticket is valid only for the specific date(s) indicated on the ticket. A 3-day ticket allows entry on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday; a 2-day ticket allows entry on Friday and Saturday. Festival entry on valid days is permitted from 9:00 AM until 2:00 AM.
8. Pets, such as dogs and cats, are not allowed on the Festival grounds.
9. For safety reasons outside food, water, drinks, alcoholic beverages and other prohibited items are not allowed into the Festival grounds.
10. All participants must have their bags and personal belongings checked at the festival entrance for prohibited items.
11. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any participant who does not comply with Festival rules or fails to meet the stated requirements. The organizers are not responsible for any confiscated prohibited items.
12. The Festival will have professional private security, emergency medical staff, and police officers on site. Participants who do not comply with the instructions of security personnel or disrupt public order will be removed from the festival grounds.
13. Any participant who assaults or attempts to assault others, disrupts the public order, excessively consumes alcohol, or violates Festival rules will be forcibly removed. Only the organizers have the right to grant or deny re-entry. Once removed, their wristband will be confiscated, no re-entry or ticket refund will be granted.
14. By attending the Festival, participants agree that their image may appear in photographs or videos taken by the organizers and used for marketing purposes. No rights or restrictions shall apply regarding this usage, except for children under 16 whose recognizable images may only be used with parental or guardian consent.
15. All goods, products, and services on the Festival grounds will be paid for exclusively through a cashless system using wristbands.
16. Any remaining balance on the cashless wristband after the Festival can be refunded upon formal request within a specified time. The minimum refundable amount is 1,000 MNT. Balances below this amount are non-refundable.
17. Unclaimed balances left after the refund period will be used for the environmental protection and development projects on Playtime Field.
18. Festival dates, performers, artists, and programs are subject to change.
Ticket is non-refundable.
